Throughout the Leadership Training Program, the student is introduced to preparing God’s people for acts of service, Bible study methods, preaching and leading small groups. Doctrinal issues, principles of Christian living, and ministry skills needed to effectively serve the Lord. You will also cover what we believe as a church in the Christian and Missionary Alliance.

Preparing to Lead God's People is designed to prepare leaders for their ministry in the church. This study focuses on the character qualities and duties of elders and deacons and other leadership roles in the church.

What We Believe is a course in basic Christian doctrine, based on the Statement of Faith of the C&MA. Besides teaching basic doctrine, this course also teaches how to mark one's Bible.

How to Preach is a basic course on how to put together a sermon or a Bible study and/ or small groups.
